STRESS Positive or Negative Connotation ?

We see people  often  take lots of stress  regarding any  issue that  happens  throughout  their  life  and this  happen  once  in  a  lifetime. Hunger  is  a  stress; so are  the more complex human  desires to pursue knowledge or to create. The reason we  attribute a negative connotation to stress is perhaps our excessive exposure to the dangerous of pushing ourselves to the brink, the benefits of staying alert go unsung.
   
       Stress  occurs  all the time, to everyone, and your stress level is healthy  as  long  as  there's  a
spring  on  your  way.  You  stop  enjoying what you  do and  start  enjoying  what  you  do and  start
experiencing fatigue and anxiety.
   
       Even doctors suffer from stress, much of it from interaction with his patients. some Psychologists
call  it  a  surface  level  emotional  labour. It  begins  with  the  stressors,  which  are  the  factors  that
can  cause  stress. For example It  can  be  a  fight  with  your  spouse  or  with  your  friend, demands
of  a  workplace  or  home,  or  an  unexciting  job   you  are  doing  recently.  Research  has  found
that  even  uncertainly   as  well  as   lack   of  control   can  also  lead  to  the  stress   in   future. Brooding    over   the   past  as   well   as  worrying   about   the   future   are   no   less   stressful. Your  thoughts,  psychological   processes,  feelings  and   behaviour   are  the  other   components   of  the  stress  process.



   
       The   Stone    age   man,  by  either   hiding   in  his   cave  or   killing   the   beast,  wouldn't
have   taken   soo   long  to    overcome   the   situation.  Modern  day  stressors  like - Frustration,
Irritation, anxiety,  conflicts, pollution,  etc  which  force  us  to  stay  in  the  resistance  stage  for long  Some   people   often   wanted   to  get   rid   of   the  stress   to  find   peace  in  that  particular   place   but   they   don't   realize  that   peace  can  be found   inside  you  by   believing   in  yourself   and  this  will   be   done   when  you  overcome stress   inside  you  and   without   stress   there  is no peace  in  your  life  in  future.


"You   cannot   find   peace  anywhere  in  market  but   you   can   find   peace   inside   you   by
            overcoming   stress  and  this  can  be  done   only   if   you   believe   in   yourself ".

There   is   yet   another   difference,  the   beast   or   a   physical   assault  is   short   and   sharp  i.e.
Acute   stress   and   Frustration  if   it  lasts   all   our  life  i.e.  Chronic  Stress,  can   be   more
damaging.  To  have  a   good  life,  one   should   have   a   stress   management   sometimes   so   that   there   are   no   obstacles   in  further   future.

But   all   people   who  have  high  stress   levels   don't   have   high   illness   levels.  Control,
which   is  a   sense   of   direction   in   life;  Commitment,   to   work   or  a   hobby   or   family;
Challenge,  accepting   changes   in  life   as  normal.  Obviously,  we   need   to   learn   and   relearn
life  skills  like   assertiveness  and  positive   thinking   to   become  high  achievers  who  are  healthy  as   well.
